We have been doing SO MUCH Braaing - now the folks in the USA would call this BBQ but that's just wrong. It's always been a Braai and it will always be a Braai. While I am South African to the core I am looking forward to actually eating something that wasn't cooked on a fire...like I said - we've been doing A LOT of Braaing.
