Most Saturday mornings the ocean is filled with all ages of folks taking a surfing class. Early morning the water is calm allowing them time to learn balance and try some gentle waves rolling in. South Florida doesn’t get many high waves unless there’s a storm brewing. It’s fun to watch the youngest ones with no fear hop on the boards, stretch out the arms to keep balance and ride the top of the water. The sunlight dancing on the top of the water adds to the mystique of mother nature.
