Just a couple miles from the heart of Minneapolis, this house was probably built post-war, beginning a movement of city expansion and eventual sprawl. I love this neighborhood, sitting on the northeast edge of the city, and everyone else does too. It's among the hottest and hippest of the area, filled with art spaces and recreated restaurants and brewpubs and distilleries and more. You should visit.
