I’d never made a fresh ham before so when I was approached by this ham company I was both excited and trepidatious. This is a good company so the ham was delicious and virtually foolproof. The hardest part was getting the hot ham out of the roasting pan and onto the platter in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Did I mention it was almost 10 pounds?!?
