Along the shortcut from the Santa Susanna Resort Hotel to The Drunken Duck pub (off the main Malgrat De Mar drag), there’s a random public splash park. No mess, no litter. Just the locals going there every night to have a splash around and dodge the ground-rooted fountains as they spurt up from amidst the concrete in their own choreographed patterns. This shot was taken whilst walking our tea off on the return trip from ‘The Duck’ back to the hotel, mid-June, 2017.
