I waited patiently for the tiger to move. He gradually came forward, heading directly towards me. He was now just thirty to forty feet away. Did I feel safe? Totally. Well, you do when you visit the zoo, don’t you. This was taken in Aalborg zoo in Denmark, with a Canon 100-400 lens. I was very conscious of framing the shot to make it look as wild as possible, with no hint of it being in a zoo. I’d love to have taken this in the wild, although I suspect the camera might have been shaking too much!
