While on vacation with family in Steamboat Springs, Colorado I kept driving by this barn. But each time I didn’t have my camera, or didn’t have time to stop. Finally I had time and camera to wander around a few minutes. This old barn is an icon of the Yampa Valley, standing almost a hundred years. I love how they have maintained the fence and cattle corrals even though they aren’t used any more. The rocks also give a nice complement in the composition. Notice also the giant dandelions.
