Entering the Sierras

The Sierras are an amazing mountain range in the middle of California. They offer hundreds, if not thousands of different trails for all levels of hikers and climbers, including Mt Whitney, the tallest peak in the lower 48. Visitors are also greeted with traditional seasons which completely changes the landscape whether it’s the burnt orange leaves of fall, budding purple flowers in spring, lush green trees in the summer, or the ice cool white of snow in the winter like in this photo.
