We'd just had our third son — our quarantine baby — basically everything is upside down, my coworker and friend says he's going to drop some food off. He gave me a choice — beef noodle soup or spaghetti — being the foodie that he is, I assumed he was going to get some take out at some hip place in DTLA, so I said "I trust your judgement". Best decision I've made in months. He came by with a still-warm container with the most rich, savory, fragrant soup that you could never imagine. To top it off, baggies full of finely, freshly chopped cilantro and green onions — and quartered bok choy. <3
