I love the area around Julian, California. This road rides the rim of the Anza Borrego Desert and the vistas are simply amazing. This morning on my way to the coast, I took the Julian path… takes longer but oh so worth it. The storm was coming in from the west and I noticed this single tree standing against the stormy sky. I had to capture it.
