I traveled to this remote island that is not situated or fall under any province in the Philippines. The island has no electricity, no signal and fresh or drinkable water is scarce. Fresh water is so valuable that they always pray for rain. They were able to come up with a simple yet effective system to gather and purify the rain water. Fishing is their main livelihood. I woke up to this amazing scenery. For them, this spectacle is normal. For me, it’s magisterial.
