We stopped in Hollywood before going to Beverly Hills. Prior, we went to the Smorgasburg food event in Los Angeles. Food was delicious, vibes were better. I love this photo because it was candid, a snapshot. In a city of tourism and the hustle and bustle of the homeless or rich, people still search for something to hold onto – to remember. A world of e-mails, text messages, and instant communication becomes complacent whereas postcards hold physical meaning. A symbol, the stamp representing that – you – were – here, Hollywood.
