Sudama Ji was a very revered devotee of Lord Krishna. His devotion was such towards Krishna that he came to be known as one of his greatest devotees ever along with Mira Bai. The Sudama Ji temple in Porbandar is a symbol of the sacred bonding that existed between the devotee and the almighty.
