Stand Up | Reach Out

I was visiting Henley Beach in Adelaide, Australia, one morning in May 2017. When I saw the lonely paddler who was the only one out in the sea that morning I thought he would be the perfect subject in a miniature image. The way it turned out is a great clash of elements. The paddler looks tiny and almost lost while he really takes over the scene by reaching out to the infinite ocean, to the new and unknown.
