Vík in the winter

We took a long drive from Reykjavik through wind and snow until we finally reached Vík . The sea was rough and the light was failing. I took this as the winter sun just managing to punch through the thick cloud cover. This picture reminds me of the adventure, crazy weather and beautiful scenery of Iceland.
