People Don’t Vote

This photo is part of a series curated from my collection of photography and edited to accompany the blog series “Fox Fiction and Non: Free-Writing Mixes from the Notebook Era (2008 to 2015)”. The camera is aimed at St. Claire, from the parking lot of the Loblaws near Bathurst. It’s also worth pointing out that it’s a photo taken while I was experimenting with shots at that time of night when the city lights have come on, but the sunlight has not completely disappeared – a photographic point in the day most ingeniously explored in Colin Kennedy’s music video for Balmorhea’s Pyrakantha
