My goal is to someday photography all of the lighthouses in New England. I have already photographed many of the most accessible ones. Monomoy Point in Chatham is not easily accessible, and best reached by boat. This photo was taken on a Friend’s of Flying Santa Lighthouse Cruise which enabled me to view several lighthouses that are not easily reached otherwise. This style of lighthouse is uncommon in New England, and I was thrilled to get so close.
