Head in the Clouds

We were on the way back home from Costa Rica, where my mother got married. It was an odd feeling when I realized the gravity of what it meant for my mother to be married. While I am away at school, home being different still has an affect on me. As I looked over at my mother, and now step-father, I felt that the height we cruised at represented the height of impact this change would have on my family.
