Every time I see someone making bread, real bread, it makes me think about all the people, generation after generation, that did that same thing, with that same pure recipe. You can make the best bread in the world with wheat, water and maybe a little salt. Then the heat does it’s job and one little piece of paste transforms into a giant bun. Magic, all the time.
