Foggy island

Another commuting shot from my way to work (yeah, I live in a pretty beautiful place). I love the softness and peacefulness of this shot. It was absolutely quiet as the fog lifted and the muted sky slowly turned a more and more vibrant blue. This is one of those scenes that is utterly ordinary under the harsh light of mid-day, but can become totally magical in the right light and weather conditions.
