I picked up these very old French cups at an antique fair in Sussex while I was prop picking for a restaurant. I knew the moment I saw them I wanted to put something naughty in them and couldn’t wait to get cooking. It’s a dark chocolate mousse topped with milk choc ganache and swirls of salted caramel. They didn’t last long.
