The water in the lagoon is warm, comfortable to the skin at any time of day or night. White coral sand scrunches between the toes with each step, tiny hermit crabs hustling to move out of range but appreciative of the sand being stirred around. The light sea breeze cools the skin ever so softly, sliding past just quickly enough to wick any dots of sweat away. This is paradise.
