Every turn and stretch of hiking through The Narrows in Zion National Park is amazing, but also crowded with people. I wanted to capture the beauty of the canyon walls with the river flowing through it, not distracted by anything else. I had a small window to get this shot before another group of hikers rounded the corner. I found a small rock above water in the middle of the river and set up tripod up. Adjusted the settings at what I thought would be best and let it go.
