Campaign Manager for Native Ads

The Position

We’re doing something completely new: we’re building a way for brands to work with creators to own the visuals for topics across the internet by leveraging Unsplash’s position as the internet’s source for imagery.

We’ve made a lot of progress in building out an advertising product that is effective, beautiful, useful, and privacy friendly. See some of our past campaigns with brands like Harley-Davidson, Google, Square, The Honest Company, and Timberland.

We’re looking for a teammate who is excited to help us manage these campaigns, including:

  • working with our ad team to support onboarding brands after sale
  • translating brand campaign goals into effective campaigns that can be run on Unsplash
  • managing the visual creation process with Unsplash photographers on behalf of brands to shoot new content for their campaigns
  • manage ongoing campaigns, including measuring campaign results and updating brands on their active campaigns
  • coordinating research results with 3rd-party measurement companies
  • creating campaign reports

This is the focus of much of what we’re building, and will include working directly with founders on a core company project that will provide the main revenue source for the company and community. The work that you do will shape how Unsplash grows, how we support the site, and how we support our community of photographers.

Some skills and experience that you should have:

  • experience creating or managing advertising campaigns for medium to large brands
  • knowledge of brand metrics and how they translate into business goals
  • knowledge of the advertising ecosystem
  • good eye for visuals
  • organized and process-driven

Bonus if you’re good with Keynote/design tools.
