Here in Brisbane Australia we don’t get a lot of snow. So when I heard a storm from Antarctica was bringing snow to high altitude spots in New South Wales, I made the trip 6 hours south in the hope forecasts would be correct. The first morning we drove to a place called Gostwyck Church. No snow… yet. But then a bank of clouds rolled over the hill neighboring a nearby farm, and within minutes what was dry became a winter wonderland.
