This weekend spent in Chicago was very exciting. The city was incredibly busy with protests and seemed to be bursting with emotion. To witness the passion held by the protesters and those who participated was an amazing opportunity. I haven’t had a chance to see a protest of that scale before in my life, so this was a truly eye-opening experience for me. The city seems to be filled with protests both loud, and quiet. Remnants of previous conflicts decorate the walls and poles lining the streets.
