Asahi Funagawa “Spring Quartet” In the Funakawaberi area of Asahi-machi, Toyama Prefecture, local farmers in the Funakawashin area grow very early tulips and rape blossoms to match the cherry blossoms, so that visitors can enjoy a quartet of cherry trees, tulips and rape blossoms against a background of the snow-capped Northern Alps of Mt Hakuba and Mt Asahi.
