Platform on level 5 in MTR Admiralty Station, Hong Kong, for the new Shatin to Central Link of the East Rail Line（沙中線).The Shatin to Central Link platform was built in the extension of the original Admiralty Station with cyber dome shaped design. The Shatin to Central Link has extended the original historical railway line from Hung Hom Station to Admiralty Station and is the forth underground railway line using cross harbour tunnels to link up Kowloon and Hong Kong. This link was first proposed in 1972. It was opened on May 15 2022. In other words, it had taken 50 years to complete!
