The International Commerce Centre (ICC), is the tallest building in Hong Kong. It's located in West Kowloon Cultural District, which has been developed from reclaimed land during the last British colonial rule period in 1990s. There are a number of high rise and luxurious residential apartment buildings surrounding the ICC, with its prime location near the terminus of Chinese high-speed railway network. Tourists could get a birds'view of Hong Kong on the 100th floor which is called ' sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck'.
