The Clock Tower of the old Tsim Sha Tsui Kowloon- Canton(Guangzhou) Railway Station was left behind as a historical and touristic site after the railway station was moved to Hung Hom. The 44 metres red brick and granite Clock Tower was built in 1915 and is a Declared Monument in Hong Kong. The building behind the Clock Tower is The Hong Kong Cultural Centre. The Clock Tower is next to the Star Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui. It is also the start of the promenade leading from Star Ferry Pier to Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui East.
