馬告花(山胡椒) 。Litsea cubeba, usually called “maqaw”, “maqaw pepper”, or “mountain pepper”, is important feature in the cooking in Taiwan Aborigines. It’s my first time to saw the lovely and unique flowers, yet just tasted and ate Aboriginal cuisine before. A website said: “Maqaw has a unique fragrance similar to lemon and lemongrass, as well as the spicy feeling of ginger and black pepper.” Come and travel in Taiwan, and you’ll see how enthusiastic, friendly and humorous we are!
