The door shaped building of the Central Government Offices is designed by renowned local architect Mr Rocco Yim who also participated in the design of the extension of the iconic Wanchai Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Palace Museum in West Kowloon Cultural District. The door design of the Central Government Offices stands for openness of the Hong Kong Government to its people.
