An artwork by Hong Kong artist Victor Wong 黃宏達under the project 'Art@Harbour' at Tamar Park, Central Government Offices and the Legislative Council Building (on the left). This is a part of the celebration events in the town as Hong Kong celebrates the 25th Anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region under the People's Republic of China in 1997. This artwork design and display project integrates science and art, i.e. artwork designs are based on science. This is called 'Eternal Light of a Seashell' （永恆光海貝）. Light absorbing material glows naturally at night.
