The crowded buildings are the private housing estate Lohas Park in Tseung Kwan O. The bridge system under construction is the Cross Bay Link which links up the eastern part and western part of Tseung Kwan O as well as a tunnel to Lam Tin in Eastern Kowloon. The low rise buildings are Tseung Kwan O Innovation Park, which was previously named Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate.
